A Live course must be defined at a date and time to be specified. The Live course itself is managed by an external platform of your choice, such as Vimeo for example. From the back office, you can then define and schedule your different Live courses and offer your customers access to a list of your Live courses. They can then schedule it (at the date / time you defined) and will be notified of a reminder a few minutes before the Live starts.

2 - Once everything is set up on Vimeo, go back to AZEOO and from the back office, in the "Coaching" tab then "Videos", click on the "Add a video course" button and select "Live course (Live)".

A window for editing the general information of the video appears. Proceed to fill in the fields, and in particular specify the schedule for this Live.

In the "Live Course Link" field, paste the link you previously copied from Vimeo.

Setting a customer's nutritional target

Nutritional and anthropometric parameters of a client

When your customer registers in the app, an automatic kcal calculation is performed based on their anthropometric data. See the calculation method here.

You can update their anthropometric data yourself, and set their nutritional targets from your back office.

To do this, in the "Clients" menu in your back office, click on the client of your choice.

Then click on 'Settings'. You will then have access to these generic parameters, as well as to its nutritional parameters (area outlined in orange below).

The "Chat" service allows you :

To exchange directly with your customers
For your customers, the possibility to contact you and exchange with you.

What types of information are supported in the chat :

Text
Emoji
Image (png / jpg)
Video
Document (pdf / doc)

The maximum file size must not exceed 100MB.

Activating the service

This service is not enabled by default on your account. You can activate the service directly from the back office. To do this, go to the YourChat menu, and click on "Start".

All the services available to you that you have not unlocked are displayed with a 🔒 next to it.

Use of the service

Once activated, from your back office, you can launch the chat by clicking directly on the YourChat menu.

Manage your recipe categories

To segment your recipes for your customers in the app, you can create categories and sub-categories.

You can only categorise your recipes. AZEOO recipes cannot be modified.

Add a category

In the "Nutrition" menu of your back office, click on "Recipes" and then on "My recipes". Finally, click on the content of your choice. Once on the recipe editing menu, click on "Manage categories".

By clicking on "+ Add a category", you can add as many categories as you like, entering for each one a name (mandatory and visible to everyone) and an image (optional).

Add a sub-category

In the "Nutrition" menu of your back office, click on "Recipes" and then on "My recipes". Finally, click on the content of your choice. Once on the recipe editing menu, click on "Manage categories". Click on "Add a parent category", then on "Create a parent category".

Access your customers' sports statistics

In the "Clients" menu in your back office, click on the name of the customer whose data you want to analyse.

Then click on "Calendar" to access your calendar. You can also click directly on the calendar icon in the "Clients" menu of your back office.

This takes you to your client's training calendar. Click on the sessions to see the details of each workout : percentage completed, difficulty, duration, notes left, etc.

The types of activities

AZEOO already offers more than a hundred activities that you can add to your calendar, in the "Bookings" menu of your back office. You can still add your own activities and then offer them to your customers via your calendar.

To do this, go to the "Bookings" menu of your back office, then click on "Manage types".

You will then access a new window on your browser. From this window you have access to all the activities present on your back office (including the activities of AZEOO and those you have added yourself).
