Add, edit, delete or duplicate a push notification

Add a Push Notification


In the "Marketing" menu of your back office, click on "Push notifications", then on "+ Create a push notification".



General information


Identify your notification correctly (example: "promo cours live 09/2020") so that you can find it easily afterwards.


When you want to send Push Notifications oriented News, Contests, Challenges, Specific Holidays (Christmas, for example), etc. it is strongly recommended to add a photo to have more impact.


When your message wants to engage a return from your member, it is also advisable to set a button (example: if you are promoting a program pack, configure the "Take advantage of the offer" button and indicate the web link to your site so that the member can consult the information related to this offer).


Addressees


You can target who will receive this Push Notification and this is the main interest of this module: it allows you to get maximum engagement on your messages.


Advanced settings


You can choose to create a post on your internal social network.


You can also set the "lifetime" of your push notification, that is, how long it will be viewable and available on your customers' app.



Schedule a push notification


You can post a notification from the moment you created it. You can also schedule its release date and time.



This feature allows you to create and schedule your push notifications in advance, which is a considerable time saver.


Edit a Push Notification


In the "Marketing" menu of your back office, click on "Push Notifications", then "Actions" in front of the push notification of your choice. Finally, click on "Edit".



Warning: only Push Notifications in draft mode are editable.


Once in the Notification editor, you can edit everything (general information and recipients).


Duplicate a Push Notification


In the "Marketing" menu of your back office, click on "Push Notifications", then "Actions" in front of the push notification of your choice. Finally, click on "Duplicate".



Warning: only Push Notifications in draft mode and Push Notifications already sent are duplicatable.


This feature is extremely convenient because it will allow you to replay Notifications very quickly, and thus save time.


Delete a Push Notification


In the "Marketing" menu of your back office, click on "Push Notifications", then "Actions" in front of the push notification of your choice. Finally, click on "Delete".



Be careful, only Push Notifications in draft mode and Push Notifications already sent can be deleted.
