Analysis of its data

Tracking on the app

To access your statistics, go to the "More" tab on your app, then click on "Body data and stats".

Measurements

Taking accurate measurements is essential for measuring training progress and tracking physical changes in the body, as well as providing extra motivation.

Keep track of all your measurements on this tab (Weight, Height, BMI, Arm, Waist, etc.). To find out how to take your measurements, see this article.

Click on the graph icon to see how your statistics change over time.

Sleep

Sleep is essential for sportsmen and women to recover and progress. So it's perfectly normal to monitor the quality and quantity of your sleep.

If you have a connected device that measures the number of hours you sleep, you can track it here (from 0:00 to 23:59).

Stress levels

Stress can have a direct negative impact on physical activity levels and diet. Conversely, physical activity helps to reduce daily stress.

Track your daily stress level here (scale from 1 to 10).

Body composition

If you have an impedance scale, you can enter your body composition data here.

Nutrition

Whatever your objective, nutrition is closely linked to physical activity.

Track your diet live (over periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or all). In the form of curves, you can see :

  • Calories consumed
  • Carbohydrates consumed
  • Fats consumed
  • Proteins consumed
  • Macronutrients consumed

Activity

If you have a phone or a connected device that allows you to calculate the number of steps you take in a day, keep track of your physical activity in terms of the number of steps you take.

Exercise

Track your physical activity by exercise (total weight carried, total number of repetitions) live (over periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or all).
