Create my own workout

To create your own training session on the app, go to the "Diary" tab in your app, then click on "Training". Then click on the "+" at the bottom right of the screen, then on "Free session".



Choose the type of session you want to create and give it a name.



From there, click on "Start" to prepare your session as you see fit by adding : warm-up, exercises and cool-down.
