How to update my anthropometric data?

See this article to update your anthropometric data.

Your anthropometric data can only be updated live. You cannot enter old data into the application.

How to see my physical evolutions?

In the "More" tab, click on "Body data & stats" then "Measurements". You'll see curves representing your physical development (height, weight, etc).
