When you have an active post, you can :

• Add, edit or delete a comment
• Deactivate / activate the addition of comments

Activate / deactivate comments

You can activate or deactivate the addition of comments on a specific publication at any time. By default it is activated.

• In the news feed, target your publication, then click on the 3 small dots at the top right of this publication
• Then choose "Deactivate comments" (same principle to reactivate comments)

When you disable all comments in a post, be aware that all existing comments are by no means deleted; they are simply hidden. If you subsequently reactivate the comments, everything will be displayed again.

Add a comment

For more interaction with your customers, the comments you leave as a club are very important. You can add comments on your own publications but also on the publications of your customers.

• In the newsfeed, target the desired publication, then click on it
• The details window appears with the list of comments below (if any)
• Then click in the area at the bottom of the screen "Add a comment".
• Same principle as for adding a publication, that is to say that you must specify the information "Publish as". Then click on the validation button once your comment is entered

Editing a comment

Only your own comments can be edited.

• In the news feed, target the desired publication, then click on it
• The details window appears with the list of comments below (if any)
• Click on the comment you want to edit, then choose "Edit".
• Edit the text of the comment, then click on "Update" when finished

Delete a comment

Two levels of deletion are possible :

• On your own publications : you can delete all comments, whether they are yours or those of your customers
• On community publications : you can just delete your own comments

Note that in the context of your own publications, it is really a question of ensuring that the basic rules of respect are respected (insults, threats, commercial links, etc.).

• In the news feed, target the desired publication, then click on it
• The details window appears with the list of comments below (if any)
• Click on the comment you want to delete, then choose "Delete".
