You can analyze your customer data from the back office!

The "Licences" menu is only available to professionals on request from the AZEOO support team.
This feature allows you to allocate external licences (the equivalent of our PROFESSIONAL offer) to external people (coaches, dieticians, etc.). These external accounts are attached to your own account, but all the data is segmented, i.e. :

The notion of team allows you to boost the motivation of your customers by feeling that they belong to a group of individuals in order to perform and surpass themselves together. On the App, team rankings are available (ranking based on points acquired) to your customers.
Who can create teams ? The coach or the manager.

Once you are on the customer file, go to "Rankings". You can then view your customer's overall ranking and that of his team.

For each of your customers registered in your back office, you have a dematerialised "customer file", from which you can manage everything relating to your customer (changes in weight, programme, eating plan, questionnaire, notes, etc.).
To access it, in the "Clients" menu in your back office, click on the client of your choice in the list that appears. This will take you to this menu :

You can delete your account directly from the settings of your AZEOO back office.

From your BackOffice, you have access to a detailed tracking view of the statistics your clients update themselves directly from the mobile app.
